To be precise, it can be said that in order to achieve this dream, Advocate Mr. Kiran Jain, joined the Law profession in the year 1989, with well renowned Advo¬cate Mr. H. C. Tunara having practiced in property & commercial litigations.
Advocate Mr. Kiran Jain, after perceiving and understanding the legal work by putting in his hard work and started his independent practise in 1991 from his place of residence in a small room and with a single Stenographer. It was a challenge then for him to stand on his own feet, without any concrete support or shoulders to lean on, running from one Court to another, carrying briefs and law books all along.
In the year 1994, by the grace of Almighty, his commitment coupled with good wishes of all acquaintances, his persistent efforts to satisfy the clients’ needs and requirements paid off when having an office became a reality 1st Floor, Cama Chambers, opposite Bombay High Court in Mumbai, at 23 Nagindas Master Road, Fort, Mumbai 400 023.
Even thereafter, the journey was as difficult as before. But with continued blessings of God and after working for almost 16 to 18 hours a day, he inaugurated his office in the year 1996 and immediately with in a another office, on the 2nd Floor in the same building when he finally saw his dream of expanding his law firm achievable and with continued progress, in the year 2001 he acquired more office premises.
Since then the firm has grown leaps and bounds to become one of leading Law Firms, by expanding office premises as well as the staff strength in order to cater to the ever expanding Client base and legal knowledge.
Currently the firm is raised to a strength of hard-working and intelligent 15 qualified Advocates, efficient and Legally knowledgeable 3 Stenographers, helpful and steadfast 10 Court Clerks and Support Staff, who all have been giving their best to the Firm by handling matters through extensive research and study in the matters by taking references and knowledge from an in-house library containing not less than 20,000 books.
